Terms
These terms apply when you use this site, join a waitlist or buy something here. The site is run by Opportunity Watch Co. LLC ("we"). By tapping a button that says you agree, you accept them.
What this page is
Some pages are early research into a product that may not exist yet. Joining a waitlist costs nothing and doesn't buy anything. When a product is for sale, its page shows the price and a checkout, and the section below applies.
Orders, shipping and refunds
Price. Prices are in US dollars and the checkout shows the full amount, shipping included, before you pay. Stripe processes the payment; we never see your card number.
Pre-orders. If a product is sold as a pre-order, its page and checkout say so with the expected ship date. If we can't ship within 30 days of that date, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Shipping. We ship to addresses in the United States.
Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. These promises are in addition to any rights the law gives you.
Your email
We use it to tell you about this product. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Our privacy notice explains what else we collect, including optional session recordings.
Using the page
Please don't misuse it: no automated sign-ups, scraping, or attempts to break in or overload it.
No promises about the product
Descriptions, prices and dates on this page are plans and can change. The page is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Disputes
Talk to us first. Email hello@trynew.app and give us 30 days to fix it.
Individual arbitration. If we can't settle it, any dispute about this page, these terms or how we handle your information is resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Rules, not in court. Either of us may instead use small-claims court for an individual claim that qualifies.
No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, and the arbitrator may not combine claims of different people.
You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms by emailing hello@trynew.app with your name, your email and the words "arbitration opt-out". Opting out doesn't affect anything else here.
If the class-action waiver can't be enforced for a claim, that claim goes to court and not to arbitration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire and United States federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act.
Changes
If we change these terms, the new version applies from when you next agree to it. Earlier disputes stay under the version you agreed to.
